Staff
DesignNicola Cameron’s childhood was spent in the country where her connection with the land truly developed. After completing a Bachelor of Fine Art and Diploma in Horticulture with a Landscape Design major, she established Pepo Landscape Design and Management. Nicola has gone on to design gardens in Sydney, the Central West and the Southern Highlands of NSW. Nicola is a member of The Australian Institute of Landscape Designers and Managers and Australian Institute of Horticulture.
Eve Valensise has completed a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at the University of New South Wales with Honors Class 1. After working as a landscape architect dealing mainly in the public domain, she decided to focus her attention on the more intimate scaled design of residential gardens. This has been an exciting shift in scale for Eve, and she is enjoying creating garden sanctuaries.

James Perkin is a hardworking landscaper with a drive to complete installations with little fuss. Maintenance
A great maintenance team is comprised of qualified horticulturalists who love their work. They must also be organised, presentable, prompt, efficient and friendly. Pepo's Maintenance Manager, Paul Johnston, has an Advanced Certificate in Urban Horticulture and has been working in the industry for the last 15 years. The team includes Paul Johnston, Dominic Russell and Robert Whelan. Paul and the team's meticulous attention to detail is what set them well above your average garden contractor.
