Maintenance

Our maintenance team have years of experience and specialise in pruning, soil improvement, pest and disease control, planting and mulching. We are happy when the gardens we maintain provide an enjoyable environment for their owners without the hard work. Pepo strives for thoroughness, reliability and punctuality as we know they are the difference between a good job and a great job.

Levels of maintenance service

1. 12 month management program: This involves a consultation with the Maintenance Manager, where you will discuss the gardens needs and your expectations. A detailed program which outlines soil improvement, planting, pruning and tasks to be carried out during the year is then drawn up. The program gives an indication of the length and cost of visits during the year and is aimed at people who want to develop their garden over time to reach its true potential and be able to budget for the service.

2. Regular, scheduled visits at appropriate intervals: This involves an initial garden assessment and meeting with the Maintenance Manager to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the garden and your expectations. Once the assessment has taken place your garden will be booked in for scheduled visits.

3. One-off garden tidy: This involves an initial garden assessment and meeting with the Maintenance Manager to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the garden and your expectations. Once the assessment has taken place a garden tidy will be booked in. If plant  selection and horticultural advice is required a consultation will take the place of the garden assessment

Rates

Initial garden assessment: $88 flat fee (invoiced with first maintenance)
Consultation: Design, plant selection & horticultural advice $165 per hour
Administration and drafting: $88 per hour
Garden maintenance: $55 per person per hour
Rubbish removal and materials: charged separately
