Construction

Pepo's qualified construction team is not only there to construct, they have also been an integral part of the design process. This gives them an understanding of your garden design enabling them to quote the job effectively and install your garden efficiently.

The Process

Stage 1 Initial meeting, Site analysis and Quote: Our construction supervisor assesses the site with the designer and/or the client. Once the final plan, construction documentation and site have been assessed, we can provide you with a detailed construction quote.

Stage 2 Quote review: The quote is reviewed by the client and an acceptance signed. An initial payment of 30% of total quoted price is paid and work commences.

Stage 3 The work: Once the quote is accepted the construction phase begins. The work is carried out by professional landscapers and sub contractors.

Stage 4 Final Completion: Final Completion is granted when the Project Manager has assessed the construction to ensure that it has met the expected performance benchmarks.

Stage 5 Complimentary Garden Maintenance: Pepo would like the opportunity to conduct your first maintenance for free. Once your new garden has had time to establish, we’ll have our team check and tidy all aspects, with our compliments.
